 Frequent urinating
You may feel it at the beginning and at the end of your pregnancy. It is important to go to the bathroom every time you feel you want to. Any abstention may cause the infection of your kidneys and urinary bladder.

Sick headache, giddiness, irregular heartbeat
All these symptoms point out the magnesium deficiency in your organism. To prevent it, eat more nuts, soy beans and vegetables.

Headache
It may appear if you are short of iron. Include beef liver, eggs, and rye – bread into your menu. Make yourself tea with chamomile or pour some drops of lavender oil on your napkin and put it to your temples. It is often necessary to air the room where you are sitting more often.

Backache
From the 5th month of your pregnancy you may have it as the result of your uterus’ growth. It becomes bigger and presses on the backbone. Daily exercises will strengthen your belly and back muscles. Swim on your back. Find a comfortable position while you are walking, sleeping, sitting. A special bandage for pregnant women will help you. 

Secretions
Some whitish or yellowish vaginal secretions without smell are caused by hormonal changes. But if you notice them to be with blood, greenish or dark, if they smell unpleasantly, if you feel any burning, tell your doctor about it. Be attentive if the amniotic fluid flows down, it can mean the fetus’ bubble rupture.

Apply to your doctor immediately if you notice any of the following symptoms:
• Vaginal, nipple or rectum bleeding;
• Swollen hands or feet;
• Constant shins’ swellings;
• Strong headache, that often repeats;
• Weakened or dim eyesight;
• Sharp and continuous pain in the belly area;
• Sudden liquid secretions from your vagina;
• Strong and frequent vomiting;
• Your body temperature is higher than 38,3 C;
• Often and painful urinating;
• No fetus’ movements for more than 24 hours (after the 28th week).
