Constipations In order to stimulate your bowels’ work, drink plenty of liquid (8 – 10 glasses a day); eat products, rich in cellulose: fruits, vegetables, cereals, etc. A glass of pure water is very useful before your meal. Drink often during a day, but in small portions, this is good for your kidneys. Apples cope with constipations and contain plenty of useful substances. But if you notice bleeding apply to your doctor immediately.
