Insomnia The main reasons of insomnia are hormonal changes, going on in your organism and often changes of your mood. Look through your nourishment carefully and it will be easier for you to fall asleep. You should eat dishes, rich in carbohydrates and proteins. They help you to relax and will rise your spirit. Chicken meat contains natural relaxing and somnolent substance. Diary products contain calcium, which is one of the most effective relaxing remedies. You may also eat a banana before going to bed. It contains antidepressants, which will make your mood rise and you will have good night dreams. And always keep in mind that airing a couple of hours before going to bed is the best way to sleep well.
