Teeth. Hormonal changes in the organism of a pregnant woman cause gums’ swelling, inflammation and even bleeding.

Teeth extraction during the pregnancy period is not desirable. But you can cure caries after the 12th week, at the end of the first trimester. Breasts. Your breasts become bigger and extremely sensitive. By the 5th – 6th month of your pregnancy it may become one or two sizes bigger. The area around your nipples darkens. Sometimes in the middle of pregnancy there may appear drops of colourless of yellowish liquid from your breasts. This means that your organism is ready to feed a baby. take care of your breasts to feed you little one without problems.
 What you  should do. It would be very useful for your breasts to make special exercises to strengthen chest muscles. To get your breasts ready to feeding, it is important to provide good blood supply and to make your nipples resilient enough. It will prevent them from chapping, especially if you are pregnant with your first child. To avoid chapping, you should also use shower gel with the neutral pH level, that includes nourishing skin milk. While having a shower, rub your breasts with a bast whisp to get your skin ready to the moisturizing cream. Use such cream after every bath procedure. Apply the cream with rhythmical round movements. In summer when the weather is sunny you may sunbathe topless in the morning and in the afternoon. You should pour your breasts over with cold water two times a day. Contrast shower will make them more elastic. It is also useful to rub your breasts with an ice cube.
Bathing. Your skin may look either better now than before pregnancy or there may appear greasiness and pimples on it. Any way, dirty skin is the source of an infection. Daily water procedures will also help you to refresh and weaken. They keep you body clean.
 What you should do. During pregnancy it would be better to take a shower rather than a bath. While taking a shower, stand on a rubber mat in order not to slip.
