Your greasy hair may become even greasier and your dry hair may too fragile and even fall out. Hair on your face and body becomes a little darker as a rule. What you should do. If your hair became dry and fragile, first of all you should eat more oatmeal. It contains microelements, which will prevent your hair from being fragile and make them shiny. Use soft shampoos and hair conditioners. You should never overdry it with a hair dryer. Cut your long hair if it begins to make you feel tired. If your hair is greasy now, do not forget to wash it every day. During the pregnancy period your skin usually gets better. It becomes smooth, clean and gentle. But your face still needs special care. Hormones make its colour better and get wrinkles away. They also slow the skin oil secretion down. It is a good news for those women, who had oily skin before. But it can change for the worse as well: it may get either greasy or dry, and sometimes it may even be covered with spots. What you should do. Clean your skin, using a lotion. Dry areas of it should be damped with some special cosmetic milk. While taking a bath, add cosmetic oils into it. Try to avoid using soap. Chose a face cream on with natural components. Retinol should not be contained in it, as it may cause skin irritation and allergy. o Skin colour. Intense skin pigmentation is a usual phenomenon for nearly all pregnant women. Your birthmarks, freckles, scars become darker and bigger as a rule. A tiny portion of ultraviolet is enough for a future mother to get covered with the pigmented spots. And the worst thing is that these brown spots may come out not only on your body area, but on your face and neck as well. The only thing that may calm you down is being aware of the fact that they will disappear soon after delivery. Besides, there usually appears a brown line, starching down along your belly. What you should do. Try to do your best to avoid direct sun rays, as they strengthen the pigmentation process. If you have to spend much time in the open air, especially in summer, then use a protective cream. Do not make any attempts to get rid of these pigmented spots, it is better to use a tonal cream. From the first day of your becoming aware about your interesting condition, begin to use hypo allergic cosmetics, elaborated especially for future mothers.
