You used to go to the swimming – pool, and were crazy about riding a bicycle. Your pregnancy is not the reason to keep yourself from these pleasures now. And even your previous way of life was quite passive; you still can begin a new active one. Do not waste your time, let the baby's expectation be a good occasion for you to begin keeping yourself fit. 
 It’s very important to go in for sport during your pregnancy. Training your muscles, you enrich the baby’s body with oxygen. It will also make your delivery easier. Choose the kind of sport that suits you both.

+  It is necessary for every woman during pregnancy.  Make exercises 15 – 30 minutes a day. You’ll learn to feel your body and to understand your baby. It will help you to know how to breathe during the fits. You will also get your muscles ready to deliver a child. You may attend special groups for future mothers or make it at home.
-  You do not always have a possibility to attend a special group, and may be short of time to make the exercises at home.

o Yoga.
+  It is useful for nearly every expecting woman. It’s a perfect possibility to get ready to the baby birth from the psychological point of view. Yoga helps you to relax, lets you concentrate on your body and thoughts and understand what your little one’s wishes. It also lessens the stress and makes you muscles stronger and more elastic.
-   But it is not for women, who don’t imagine sport without movements.

o Airing.
+  Airing is extremely useful for all future mothers. You should go for a walk at least twice a day: in the morning and not less than two hours before going to bed. During the walk, take care of your breath. It innerves perfectly, fills your blood with oxygen. Choose a route in any green zone or in a park far from the road. Doctors recommend you try to breathe only with fresh air.
- There are not many places to go for a walk in big cities, the air is not fresh everywhere, and not every woman has an access to a green zone.

o Swimming.
+  It is super useful all 9 months long. You should better swim on your back or in a breaststroke style. While swimming the load on your backbone lessens, as well as the pressure on the organs in your pelvis area. This kind of sport strengthens your muscles, makes the blood circulation better, trains your lungs. During the round control your breath, it is to be slow, deep and even.
-  Swimming is not recommended for those future mothers, who have tendencies to their reproductive organs inflammations.

 But there are some kinds of sport you should avoid during the pregnancy. They are: Skiing, Cycling, Rollerblading, Skateboarding, Horseback Riding, and Surfing.
