8. Keep in Mind Food Hygiene Rules

High Altitude Activities, such as mountain climbing. It is dangerous to get involved into such kinds of sports during the entire pregnancy period, because starting from heights of 3,000 meters and more, the oxygen level in the air begins to get decreased, and this compromises the oxygen, available to the developing baby. In addition, according to the statistics, the majority of pregnant women are vulnerable to developing altitude sickness;
Saunas and Hot Tubs are dangerous, because raising a pregnant woman’s body temperature can bring harm to her baby;
Scuba Diving bears potential danger to the baby, because the changes, which occur in blood gases, may harm him or her. However, it should be noted, that snorkeling is just fine to get involved into.
Water Skiing is not safe for the health of a pregnant woman and her baby, because coming off the skis can force water into the woman’s vagina and cause some infection’s development.
