| Week 40th | Your Baby Your little baby has finally reached the sizes he will be born with. His total length is about 20 inches, and his weight is approximately 7 pounds. There is no place at all for your baby to move in the uterus any more. The baby, who is expected to be delivered at the natural time is closely adjacent to the uterine walls. Specialists recommend putting the child on his mothers belly and giving him her breast right after he arrives in order to try first drops of nutritious and extremely useful colostrums.
You Once you will feel light ache in the lower part of your belly. If it repeats in even period of time, accept our congratulations, the fits have begun! Take your documents, bag and hurry to the hospital. Do not get scared, as everything is going to be just fine!
A Wise Tip The doctor will ask you many questions at the hospital: how often do your fits repeat, has the amniotic fluid moved away, etc. You should try not to get nervous, and remember, you will cope with it!
