 You should always control your condition. Here come several tips that will help a future mother to keep herself vital:

- During your workday make several 10 – 15 minutes pauses: turn the quiet music on, make some simple exercises, which will help you to cope with your tiredness. Arrange yourself in an armchair comfortably, breath deeply, weaken your feet palms, body, face muscles.

- The following exercises for your legs are very useful for you. You can make them without getting off from your chair. Put your shoes off, stretch your feet forward and make rotatory movements with them. It will help to make your blood circulation better and to lessen the swelling.

- Try not to spend much time driving a car, as the blood circulation process gets slower. While driving a car, put a little pillow under your small of the back. It will make you to sit more comfortable.

  Doctors’ opinions about how does the work at computer monitor influence mothers and her future baby’s health differ. But you should definitely avoid sitting in front of the monitor during the first trimester. If it is not up to the harmful radiation, there is still much load on your eyes. And yet, sitting at the monitor, you spend much time in the same position, and blood circulation in the hip are slows down. It is dangerous for you. If you can not stay from working on computer, then follow the new rules of your “communication” with it:
• At the end of every hour make 10 – minutes pauses;
• Plan your time in a way to have computer off 2 – 3 hours a day;
• Do not forget about exercises for your eyes. Make them every hour;
• Put a cactus pot on your desk. It is said to neutralize harmful ions.

  Every pregnant business – lady should be especially attentive to her condition. That is why you will have to find a compromise between your work and your health. Here are some tips to help you in it:
Nourish rationally. A hamburger and tea for lunch are not enough for you any more. You need to refill the energy storage constantly.
Avoid being overloaded. The most important for you now is your and your future baby’s health. Do not be afraid to remind your chef about it. Limit the amount of your work. It may be difficult for you to concentrate because of the hormonal changes taking place in your organism now, so it is a good idea to make a list of all you have planned to do. Have days – off every 3 – 4 days, if possible to sleep well and have a good rest.
Breathe with fresh air. Air your room and go outside several times a day. In order to refresh yourself, it is enough to have a 20 minutes walk in a park.
Make a pleasant atmosphere around. Think of everything good; surround yourself with things that make you smile. Put your favourite pictures and flowers on your table. Try to stay in high spirited!
